GRACE MERRILL

President and Chief Operating Officer

Grace is an owner and is responsible for all financial and administrative matters. She previously was Chief Financial Officer of other family run businesses and has a Phd in Biochemistry from University of Wroclaw in Poland. She is a licensed Underground Utility Contractor (CUC1224873).

BOBBY MERRILL

Executive Vice President

Bobby is responsible for supervising the estimating and field work. He graduated with highest honors from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Civil Engineering. He earned an MBA at Northwestern University. He worked as a licensed CPA and as a homebuilder with Merrill Brothers Homes, before joining Arox in 2006. He has a Building Contractor License (CBC 051260) and a Class V Fire Protection License.

Lucas Hall

Project Manager

Bill is responsible for overseeing estimating and for assisting in solving problems encountered on jobs. A native of Sarasota, Bill joined the Arox team in 2009 as General Manager. A graduate of the University of Florida, Bill has worked in the construction industry since 1976. Bill is associated with numerous complex multi-million dollar projects such as I-4 widening from I-75 to County Line Rd., Polk County Parkway, Veterans Expressway, North and South approaches to the Sunshine Skyway as well as many others.

Josh Sanders

Human Resources Officer

Rob Slifer is responsible for supervising the field work and coordinating the schedules for all jobs. Rob is an ex-Marine and has been in construction his whole life. He knows how critical it is to meet schedules.
